At The Iron Snail, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you find the perfect fit. If your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags attached, into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we inspect the goods.
